Cana PH Love Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Cana PH Love LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Who may use it
Cana PH Love is for the marriage of a husband and a wife. Each spouse has their own account. It is not a dating app. We do not create accounts for children. You must be 18 or older and give true information, including your name, email, and wedding date.
What the app is
The app offers short prompts, couple activities, date-night ideas, and private recordings for a marriage. Faith wording appears only if you choose it. General wording is available if you do not.
Prompts, Cana’s Cellar, and date ideas are not medical care, therapy, legal advice, or crisis help. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.
Your spouse
A linked spouse can see what the app is built to share: the partner link, shared prompts, and vow recordings stored for the couple. Do not put something in a shared place if you do not want your spouse to see it. Either spouse may disconnect the partner link. Disconnecting does not delete the other person’s account.
Your content
You keep what you write, record, and upload. You give us permission to store it and show it to your linked spouse as the app is designed to do. You will not upload anything you do not have the right to store, including a child’s photo or recording unless you are the parent or guardian and you mean to keep it in your private couple space.
Accounts
You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your login. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service, or puts another person at risk.
Beta and changes
During a test period the app may fail, change, or lose a feature. We may change prompts, layout, and these terms. If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
Plans and payment
A trial may be offered at no charge. A paid plan, when it is available, is billed by Apple if you subscribe in the iPhone app, or by Google if you subscribe in the Android app. Apple’s payment terms apply to App Store purchases. Google’s payment terms apply to Play Store purchases. We do not see your full card number. Cancel an iPhone subscription through the App Store. Cancel an Android subscription through the Play Store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Our rights
Cana PH Love, the app, prompts we write, and our branding belong to Cana PH Love LLC. You may not copy the app, resell it, or use the name as your own product.
Limits
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise unbroken service or a particular result in your marriage. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for a dispute between spouses. Some states do not allow certain limits. In those states, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
Ending use
You may stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at privacy@canaphlove.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that should survive, including content rights and limits, still apply.
Law
These terms follow the laws of the State of New York, except where your state’s consumer rules must apply.
