Cana PH Love is a marriage app for married couples. This policy explains what we collect, who can see it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who this is for
Cana PH Love is for married adults. Each spouse has their own account. We do not create accounts for children. Prompts may mention kids at home. We do not ask for a child’s name, school, or account. Do not upload a photo or recording of a child unless you are the parent or guardian and you mean to store it in your private couple space.

Information you give us

• Account: name, email, and password. The password is handled by our login provider. We do not see the plain password.
• Couple profile: your name, your spouse’s name, wedding date, and the link between your accounts.
• Faith choice: Catholic, Christian, or General / Secular, and settings such as liturgical reflections. This only changes wording.
• Schedule: if you say your days are opposite or rotating, we use that to time prompts and suggest dates that fit.
• ZIP code and city: the Date Night planner uses a ZIP code so ideas can be near you.
• Date-night answers: when you are free, how much time you have, budget, vibe, and whether kids are home. We do not collect children’s names.
• What you write and record: prompt answers, notes, vow recordings, and memory entries. These can include faith and intimacy.
• Photos: a wedding photo added on this device stays in that browser. It is not uploaded as your account photo. A photo you later add to a saved memory is stored with your account.
• Camera and microphone: used only when you choose to take a photo or record. We do not listen in the background.
• Subscription: trial dates and whether a plan is active. If you pay through the App Store, Apple processes the card. We receive the fact of the subscription, not your full card number.

Information created by using the app
Prompt completions, streaks, and the Cana Miracle Meter. Leaderboard name and city, only if you turn that on. Technical data needed to run the app, such as a login session and basic error logs.

Who else can see it
Your linked spouse can see what the app is built to share: the partner link, shared prompts, and vow recordings stored for the couple. Do not put something in a shared place if you do not want your spouse to see it.
Supabase hosts accounts, profiles, and stored recordings. The site host, such as Vercel, delivers the app and may see standard connection logs, including IP address. When you ask for local date ideas, your ZIP code is sent to a geocoding service to find the area. Map links open in Google Maps. We do not sell your ZIP code. Apple processes the payment if you subscribe in the iPhone app.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. Faith choice, private reflections, and intimacy notes are used to run the app. They are not sold.

How long we keep it
We keep account data while the account is open. Vow recordings and memories stay until you delete them or delete the account. A wedding photo saved only in the browser stays until you remove it or clear that browser’s storage. Backups may take a short time to clear after a deletion.

Your choices
You can edit your profile, faith choice, ZIP code, and leaderboard setting in the app. You can delete vow recordings in Jar of Remembrance. You can ask us to delete your account and the data stored with it by emailing privacy@canaphlove.com. We may keep a record of the request, and we may keep what the law requires, such as a payment record held by Apple. If you live in California, you can ask what we have, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell personal information.

Security
We use login and access rules so one member cannot read another member’s account. No method of storage is perfect. Use a unique password, and do not share your login.

This is not counseling
Prompts, Cana’s Cellar, and date ideas are for a couple’s private use. They are not medical care, therapy, or crisis help. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.

Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version at this same address.
